In this session of Impact Insights, we explored the role of impact advisors as key intermediaries in the impact investment ecosystem, focusing on both supporting impact entities raise capital, as well as assisting impact investors to manage their impact investment portfolios.

Andreas Zeller is the Managing Partner of Open Capital Advisors, and covers East Africa from Open Capital’s Nairobi Office. Andreas began his career at a start-up technology venture, and then entered investment banking, working first with Citigroup in New York and London, then with Credit Suisse in New York. Follwing his time at Credit Suisse, Andreas joined the infrastructure investment team at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), World Bank Group. At IFC, Andreas was responsible for analyzing, structuring and executing “double bottom-line” investments across Africa, Latin America and Eastern Europe.
