A little over a week ago AWS launched a new service called HoneyCode. It’s a fully-managed, codeless, trigger-driven, drag-and-drop Web and Mobile App builder with an Excel/Tabular back end.
I signed up to try it out but could find no tutorials on how to use it. I had questions like:
– How do you relate tables to other tables?
– How do you create automation and trigger functions?
– How do you pass variables between pages?
– How do you add/delete/edit data on the page dynamically?
I pulled in one of their Demo Apps (which are pretty amazing and “ready out the box), but still, I wanted some further instruction on how to build these apps, but still being in beta and all, there isn’t really much out there.
So I decided to build one of the demo apps from scratch to learn how to use the platform.
And that is what this video is all about. Join me as I build the “Field Service Agent” from scratch. By the end of this video, you will be confident to build any app you wish in AWS Honeycode.
