Long before the #FeesFeesMustfall movement, the term ‘outsourcing’ already had a bad taste in South Africa’s lexicon. But for several years now, DigiOutsource has been running client operations and manning a contact centre for leading online gaming sites around the world. The company describes itself as the biggest South African success story you’ve never heard of and says its turnover is in the hundreds of millions.
